    Can I get a refund?

    Yes, you can get a refund if you cancel before 72 hours of your scheduled departure time.

    Can I delay my pick-up time?

    When you make your reservation, we have your flight number and automatically calculate the best pick-up time. This takes into account traffic and other unexpected delays. If you choose times outside of this, we will not be responsible if you do not make it to the airport in time to check in your luggage safely and make the flight.

    What if my flight gets cancelled or delayed?

    If your flight is delayed, cancelled, changed, etc. Please let us know immediately by calling +1 (808) 590 4726 or emailing Hawaiihappytoursandshuttle@gmail.com. This will ensure a smooth service.
